Engineers Without Borders Ireland
Leaders in Humanitarian Engineering

EWB-Ireland is dedicated to bridging the gap between academia, industry and NGOs to give Irish engineers and scientists opportunities to learn about and contribute to sustainable development globally.

We do this by partnering with disadvantaged communities, both in Ireland and overseas, to improve their quality of life through education and implementation of sustainable engineering projects, while promoting global experience for engineers, engineering students, and similarly motivated non-engineers.

As problem solvers and innovators engineers are uniquely placed to contribute to international development and the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). If you are a company interested in supporting our work, or an NGO seeking to collaborate, get in touch.

There are a number of ways you can get involved with EWB-Ireland. We welcome students and professionals alike. You don’t even have to be an engineer! EWB-Ireland welcomes anyone who is interested in the role technology has to play in international development and disaster relief.
